Terms of use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Acceptance
Using gramble.fun means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use Gramble on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. What Gramble is
Gramble is an interface to smart contracts that other people wrote and deployed on TON: the Uranus Meme Factory bonding curves, and DeDust pools once a token migrates. We build the transaction your wallet then signs and broadcasts, and we show you data about those contracts. Gramble is not a party to your trades, does not operate or control the contracts, never takes custody of your funds, and cannot stop, reverse or refund anything that happens on chain. Once a token has migrated, its trades execute on DeDust under DeDust's own terms; our in-app swap only builds the message your wallet signs.
3. Your wallet, your keys
Gramble is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet, and every transaction is signed there by you. Read what your wallet shows you before you sign, because that screen, not ours, is what actually gets executed. Gramble will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and anyone who does is trying to rob you. Your wallet, and the bridge it uses to talk to this site, are third-party software outside our control. If a wallet fails to deliver a transaction, shows you something different from what we built, or loses your keys, that is between you and the wallet.
4. Tokens created by users
Anyone can launch a token here. Launches are not reviewed, endorsed, audited or verified by us, and names, symbols, images, links and description text are written by their creators; the only thing we add is a note that the token was deployed on gramble.fun. Creators are responsible for their own tokens, metadata and claims about them. By submitting an image or text you confirm you have the rights to it and grant Gramble a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, add our attribution note to it, pin it to IPFS, and display and distribute it wherever the token is shown. IPFS is public, so pinned content can persist elsewhere even after we unpin it. A token appearing on this site is not a recommendation to buy it, and names can be copied: check the address.
5. Risks, and use at your own risk
Meme tokens are extremely risky and you can lose everything you put in. Prices move violently, and a transaction that fails still costs gas. Quotes are estimates: what you actually receive depends on the state of the contract at the moment your transaction executes, and the order in which transactions land on the chain is not under anyone's control here. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and the TON network itself can be congested, unavailable, upgraded, forked or reorganised. Rules about tokens can change where you live and may affect whether you can use this site at all. You use Gramble at your own risk.
6. Information on the site
Prices, charts, market caps, holder counts and PnL come from indexing the chain, balances are read from the chain through our own node, and USD figures use a third-party rate feed; all of it can be delayed, incomplete or simply wrong. The chain is the only record that counts; treat our numbers as an aid, not as proof. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and using it creates no advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or other relationship in which we would owe you a duty to act in your financial interest. You are responsible for your own taxes and for your own decisions.
7. Fees
Curve trades carry a trading fee, 1 percent at the time of writing, split between the token creator and the platform; the fee that applies to a given token is shown on that token's own page. After a token migrates, its pool charges a configurable fee set at launch. Network gas is on top of both. These fees are charged by the contracts and the network, not collected off chain by us, and creators claim their share through the same contracts. Gramble may change the platform's configurable parameters for future launches.
8. Eligibility and prohibited use
You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter these terms. You may not use Gramble if you are subject to sanctions, or if using it is unlawful where you are. Do not use the site for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, malware or the sale of anything illegal. Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively or otherwise try to break the service, and do not use it to harm other users. Where these terms are broken, or where the law or sanctions require it, we may hide or remove a token from the interface, refuse or suspend access, block a wallet from the site, or restrict access from particular regions. None of that touches the contracts or your assets on chain.
9. Competition and creator claims
The weekly competition and the creator-claims dashboard are provided as they are, as extras. Both are computed from chain state, so the figures they show can change as that state is re-read; a week's result is frozen once that week closes. The rules, weighting and prize pool may change, and a week may be cancelled. Any incentive program, this one or a future one, exists at our discretion and can be changed or ended at any time. No payout is owed to anyone until it has actually been executed on chain.
10. Availability and changes
The site can be slow, unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance. We may also pause trading or launches on the site while the contracts keep running on chain. The contracts on chain are not ours to switch off and keep running regardless. The site also depends on the TON network and on third-party infrastructure we do not run; congestion, outages, upgrades or forks there can delay or fail transactions and take the site down with them. We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
11. No warranty and limitation of liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gramble and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of the contracts it interfaces with. That includes lost funds, lost profits, failed or delayed transactions, wrong or stale data, and the acts of token creators or other users. Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of this exclusion, in which case it applies as far as their law permits.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is treated as narrowed to what is enforceable, or removed, and the rest of the terms stay in force.
